EaseUS Todo Backup is a free partition and file backup tool that also allows you to create disk clones. I have used Paragon Backup in the past as a free partition backup tool. However, EaseUS Todo Backup version 3 has far surpassed Paragon in terms of usability, interface, features and speed. The most important feature for me is the ability to schedule regular incremental backups (only backup the files that have been added / modified since last backup) and to automagically cleanup old backup files by keeping a history of x backups or x days old backups.
When you make your first parition backup, it will take a while (depending on the used size of your partition) for the first backup to create. The next time the backup runs it will do an incremental backup and at an amazingly fast speed! For example, it only takes a few minutes to update the backup of my partition that has 75Gb of used space! Paragon on the other hand took almost as long as a full backup would. Also the incremental backups of EaseUS Todo Backup are a lot smaller than Paragon's.
For me this is the best free partition backup program there is. I use this tool at work to keep a backup of my main partition just in case disaster strikes. At home however I use something that is even better than EaseUS Todo Backup which is Acronis TrueImage Home.
