Ever had to do a repetitious keyboard / mouse sequence for the purpose of software testing / copying, pasting and modifying text? Don’t spend hours or even minutes doing this mind and arm numbing work, rather record it once and have it played back while you are out getting some coffee or water.
GhostMouse allows you to record and automate a sequence of mouse clicks and keystrokes on a Windows PC. To start the recording process, hit Record and start simulating the keyboard and mouse actions you'd like the application to record. To replay the recorded sequence, hit Play. Features include:
- Saving and loading of recordings
- Set playback speed of recordings up tp 10x
- Choose what to record (Keyboard, Mouse click, Delay, Mouse move)
- Set of play / stop and record / stop hotkeys
- Setup minimize during play / record
- Option to run at computer startup
- Choice for action on playback complete (Idle, quit, lock, log off, shutdown, standby, hibernate)
The successor to GhostMouse called ReMouse is the paid version and will continue development.
